For a really easy pain-busting exercise you can do as a break from work, try the chin tuck. Roll your shoulders back and down by squeezing your shoulder blades down and together. Then, rotate your hands outward, thrust your chest and tuck your chin. Do 3 sets of 10 reps. Feel better?
